Vless VPN uses anonymous Firebase Authentication. A unique user ID is assigned automatically. You do not need to create a traditional username/password account.
Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Subscription tiers, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed within the app before purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at Apple's discretion. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Vless VPN is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Reward credits and free premium time have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards system at any time without compensation.
The free tier may have connection limits or lower priority compared to premium servers.
Vless VPN, including its name, logo, design, source code, and all content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Apex Flow and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you the right to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBAL APEX FLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD if you have not paid any amount.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Apex Flow and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vless VPN at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting the application and canceling any active subscriptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Global Apex Flow agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the application. Your continued use of Vless VPN after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
